D U C O L has a mother unit which is a modern production plant where all equipment is of stainless steel. The equipments consist of size reduction mills (wet grinding), air jet mill (dry grinding), blenders, kneaders, dust collector, sievers & dispersion mills. The plant has the capability to handle both aqueous and non aqueous dispersions.
This unit is complimented by satellite units handling production at various stages of completion. All material passes through the mother unit where stringent quality measures are applied.

Pigment Powders : 500 - 750 tons/ annum (Depending on Product Mix)
Pigment Preparation : 1500 tons/ annum Pigment Dispersion : 2000 tons/ annum
Batch Size In Each Colour : Upto 5 tons possible
