Stringent quality control measures are in place at various stages.

Procurement of raw material is done from approved vendors. Raw material specs are detailed & documented and each raw material is checked & approved as per raw material test method and plan. Each raw material consignment is preceded by an advance pre shipment sample which is thoroughly checked before use.

Production is based on standard recipes which are documented master recipes for easy ref. Production logs are maintained & batches are made to work instruction issued before start of a batch. Beriodic testing of the batch in progress and instructions issued by the laboratory monitor the batch on line till approved for packing & dispatch. Counter batch samples are numbered and retained as representative samples with test report.

D U C O L has a laboratory capable of handling new product development & scaling upto pilot plant level. Existing products are continuously fine tuned to meet changing market requirements. This facility is ably supported by an application laboratory which does a through quality check on each batch produced under a comprehensive programme involving test methods, test standards, test plans & technical specifications with pass /fail criteria with documentation and reporting.

Infrastructurally the laboratory is extremely well equipped with modern and sensitive equipments which are periodically calibarated.
